We accept returns of both new and discounted items and offer a 30-day return policy.

You, as the customer, bear all costs associated with returning items (postage, customs duties, VAT, fees, etc.). When returning an item, you can easily re-use the packaging it was sent in. 

All items must be returned unused, with all price tags intact, and in the original packaging. Returned items showing signs of use and/or wear will be valued at 0 USD and discarded during quality control without compensation.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item purchased online. If you want a different size or color, please return your original order and place a new order on our website.

Once we have received and accepted the returned item(s), you will receive a refund within 10 business days (except if the item(s) show signs of use and/or wear). The refund will be transferred back to the credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the delivery cost will not be refunded. 

You are responsible for the item until it is delivered to the delivery address above. For your safety, we recommend keeping the postal receipt with the tracking number until you have received the refund.
